Tar Calabria. complaints about health and wind farms to the top

It reduces the 'total backlog of appeals pending before the Administrative Court of Calabria; grow' complaints concerning health and implementation of wind farms. These are the highlights of the report of the President of the Tar Calabria, Giuseppe Romeo, for the inauguration of the judicial year. L’altro settore dove aumentano i contrasti amministrativi è quello riguardante l’ eolico,  la materia edilizia e l' occupazione di suolo demaniale marittimo.  Nella relazione il Presidente Romeo ha anche richiamato l’attenzione sulla mancata esecuzione delle sentenze del Tar da parte della Pubblica Amministrazione: «Devo purtroppo dire – ha affermato - che l’invito rivolto l’anno scorso non è stato raccolto e devo anche confessare pubblicamente che mi sfugge la ragione per cui, penso alle ottemperanze sui decreti ingiuntivi, le Amministrazioni non soddisfino i loro obblighi.
