is pending in the Court of Auditors, for publication in the Official Journal, the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers February 17, 2011 on the programming transient influxes of seasonal foreign workers for the year 2011, which authorizes a maximum altitude of 60,000 entries.

The share of inputs allowed in the country in the decree of seasonal flows 2011 includes non-seasonal employees

Community of Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Republic of the Philippines, Kosovo, Croatia, India, Ghana, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, the Gambia, Niger and Nigeria;

seasonal foreign workers of the following non-EU countries which have signed or are about to sign agreements on cooperation in migration: Tunisia, Albania, Morocco, Moldova and Egypt.

The same provision also allows entry to non-EU workers who are nationals of the countries listed above, they were used in Italy to provide seasonal employment for at least two years consecutive, for which the employer submits a request for authorization for seasonal employment years.
